Eligibility
Admission Guidelines/Eligibility: (1) You must be at least 18 years old and meet state eligibility. (2) Priority is given to individuals currently residing within Merrimack County or close proximity. (3) You are willing to participate actively in your treatment plan in order to manage symptoms of your mental illness. (4) You must be able to ambulate independently with the use of a walker or wheelchair and must be able to recognize and respond to emergencies such as the fire/smoke alarm with an independent evacuation within 3 minutes.
