Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit community health center, with three centers in Newmarket, Raymond and Nashua that serve over 16,000 patients of all ages each year. Our mission at Lamprey Health Care is to provide primary medical care and health related services to individuals and families of all ages, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Focusing on the health of every patient, Lamprey Health Care offers a medical home with access to many health services in addition to primary health care, such as case management, health and nutrition education, chronic disease management, interpretation services as well as health education programs, community clinics and health screenings.
