Referrals to the Merrimack County Rapid Re-Housing Program come directly from the Balance of State Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System. To be entered into the Balance of State Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System, contact Jacqueline Carroll at 603-703-6751.
