The Housing Program assists local communities within Belknap and Merrimack Counties in the development of affordable housing for seniors and adults with disabilities. These are independent living facilities and are rent subsidized. Tenants are required to pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent. Senior housing properties are in the following towns: Alton, Belmont, Epsom, Warner, Newbury and Pembroke
