Description
Medically Assisted Peer Support is a six-month program designed to provide additional support for those utilizing MAT services who are looking to further enhance their recovery. The program includes weekly recovery coaching on a peer-to-peer level, creating six-month plans tailored specifically towards enhancing the participants own pathway to recovery, and incentives including up to $100/month in gift cards.

TLC Family Resource Center provides comprehensive family support services to pregnant women and families with children living in Sullivan and Grafton Counties. These services, offered in the home or onsite, include parent education and support, information about child health and development, case management and care coordination. In addition, our Recovery Programs drop-in center aims to support all pathways to recovery from all forms of addiction through peer-to-peer relationships and community building.
