In the 12-week course you will learn how trauma drives the behaviors you want to change. You will address religious trauma and reconnect with God in a healthy way, one that ignites lasting personal transformation. Grounded in the latest neuroscience, we will give you tools that really work. We will coach you as you practice skills that hack your neurobiology and help you regain control of your mind, emotions and actions. Finally, you will see how restructuring your life cements lasting change in place.
