NH FAMILY CAREGIVER PROGRAM | SERVICELINK AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER

A caregiver support group is now available the last Thursday of each month from 5pm to 7pm. The support group meets at the ServiceLink of Strafford County office. For more information please call 332-7398. There will be no support group meeting in December or January. Caregiver support services. ServiceLink Resource Center (SLRC) is NH’s Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). It is part of the No Wrong Door network for adults who are older or disabled, and their families, to receive information and help in locating and obtaining long term care supports.
