The goal of the Individual Community Resources Program is to provide customized services towards a personal goal or need for the person with disabilities. This is accomplished by working closely with the individual, family members, service coordinators, and other community agencies that support the individual.
Some of the services requested include social experiences, health and fitness education, job placement and support, adult education, financial and budgeting skills, and the opportunity to pursue personal interests.
