The Talking Books Program is for New Hampshire residents with a vision problem, a grasping problem, or an information-processing problem that does not affect intelligence. Services include: talking books, magazines, newspapers and machines for using these services. Access to Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD) is also available. BARD is downloadable collection of audio books and magazines for eligible users. Audio books are provided on a digital format cartridge that will contain multiple titles.
