The agency provides services to eligible households to assist with home heating and electric costs. It also provides services that will help to lower your energy expenses and make your home warmer and healthier. - The Fuel Assistance Program provides low-income households with assistance for heating their homes in the winter months. - The Electrical Assistance Program provides income-eligible households with a discount on their electrical bill. Discounts are effective for one year after enrollment and can range from 8%-76%.
