Seminar Agenda - Nine Steps to Home Ownership, Building Your Financial House, Understanding Your Credit Report. Understanding Mortgage Terms and Shopping for a Mortgage. Shopping for a Home and Home Inspections. Closing on Your Home and Maintaining Your Home & Finances. We also offer individual counseling for those who have attended the Homeward Bound Seminar but are seeking additional guidance.
